Sterile Non-Adhesive Foam Dressings

1. Absorb exudate
The porous structure of the foam dressing can efficiently absorb liquid exuded from the wound (such as tissue fluid, blood or pus), keep the wound dry, and avoid infection or immersion damage caused by excessive moisture.
The liquid is retained inside the dressing through water-locking technology to reduce leakage.

2. Maintain a moist environment
While absorbing moderately, retain a certain amount of humidity, promote cell migration and proliferation, and accelerate wound healing (a moist environment is more conducive to tissue repair than a dry environment).

3. Protect the wound surface
As a physical barrier, prevent external pollutants such as bacteria and dust from invading the wound.
Buffer external pressure or friction, reduce mechanical stimulation to the wound, especially suitable for pressure sores or wounds in the joint area.

4. Reduce the risk of infection
Absorb exudate in time to avoid becoming a bacterial culture medium.

5. Relieve pain and discomfort
The soft material fits the skin and reduces pain during dressing changes.
Isolate external cold and hot stimulation to improve patient comfort.

6. Promote the growth of granulation tissue
A moist environment helps the formation of new blood vessels and granulation tissue, especially suitable for chronic ulcers, burns or postoperative incisions.

7. Easy to use
Usually has a self-adhesive edge, fits firmly and is not easy to fall off.
Transparent or translucent design facilitates observation of wound conditions and reduces frequent changes.

Acute and chronic wounds: such as pressure sores, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous ulcers.
Postoperative wounds: especially incisions with a lot of exudate.
Superficial burns or abrasions.
High-risk areas: such as the sacrum, heels and other areas prone to pressure.

Regularly evaluate the wound and replace it in time when there is excessive exudation or the dressing is saturated.
